Due to an accident in which my vehicle was a total loss, I found myself in need of a quality vehicle in short time. My salesperson, Mia Wright , was attentive to my needs and very understanding of my situation. Within 3 days of my wreck, many quality vehicles were test driven, and the perfect vehicle was found for me. My finance manager, Robert Douglas, arranged financing with multiple options. The entire experience was the best I've ever encountered. Thank you for everything!
I want to thank West Herr for stepping up during what has been a very negative car buying experience with another dealer. Not only did West Herr work with me to fix a vehicle I purchased elsewhere, they did everything possible to make sure I was never left without transportation. Iāve purchased my last two vehicles directly from West Herr and have always had excellent service. Unfortunately, this time I went out of town to another dealership, and the car turned out to be a bad purchase ā so bad that it qualifies under federal lemon law protections. Through all of this, Scott Retzlaff, my service advisor, was amazing. He looked at every option available to help me, and while my vehicle was in service for 50 days, he made sure I always had a loaner to stay on the road. When it came time to resolve nearly $5,000 in maintenance costs, Dennis Brusehaber, the Service Manager, personally stepped in and made sure those repairs could be financed, which made the situation manageable. Thanks to Scott and Dennis for their empathy, patience, and compassion in handling this. West Herrās culture of customer care shines through, and this experience reminded me why I will stick with buying my cars from West Herr moving forward. ā R Dixon
I had a great experience buying a new car from Amherst Ford. Everyone from the dealership was great. My salesperson Jamie was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back the next time Iām looking to buy another vehicle.
Place is terrible! Worst customer service Iāve come across. Poor communication through the entire service process.
Cant believe the highway robbery of this place. If I get quoted for a repair, I should not come back to a $450 difference form what I was told Id have to payā¦.with no explanation for why it was raised. When asked the explanation was the same. Not the first time Ive had a sour experience here, but its the worst one. And the last. Do not go here please.
This was my first new car purchase so I was not sure what to expect. After my experience here if I ever need to buy a car again I will deffinitely come back to West Herr. The staff at West Herr went above and beyond to walk me through the process, get me a very fair price, and answer all of my questions in an honest and straightforward way. I want to shout out the staff I worked with for their excellent customer service: Josh Ellis, Michael Monforte, Matthew Farina, Jamie, Ross Allen, and all of the other staff who helped me out. I feel bad that I don't remember everybody else's names as I want everyone to get credit for their help. I will deffinitely recommend West Herr Ford to any family or friends looking for a new car, I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I received and email from this dealership announcing Great News: they now have a shuttle service to take you home while you wait for a repair. So I call for an appointment for a warranty recall repair. I schedule the repair and arrive at the dealership at my assigned time. I am then informed that it is an hour and a half wait for a shuttle. Not really a convenient service.

I called today to try and set an appointment for a inspection and check to see if I had a recall notice I missed. After being transferred around and put on hold I finally was told someone would help me, but then I got hung up on. One person even told me is what rush hour. Not sure exactly what that means. I hope someone listens to the call I was told was taped for quality assurance. Time to call another Ford dealer.
