I had a great experience buying a new car from Amherst Ford. Everyone from the dealership was great. My salesperson Jamie was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back the next time I’m looking to buy another vehicle.
Place is terrible! Worst customer service I’ve come across. Poor communication through the entire service process.
Cant believe the highway robbery of this place. If I get quoted for a repair, I should not come back to a $450 difference form what I was told Id have to pay….with no explanation for why it was raised. When asked the explanation was the same. Not the first time Ive had a sour experience here, but its the worst one. And the last. Do not go here please.

Excellent service was very pleased with my purchase and contract with the dealership. Dan listened to me and answered all my questions. I will defiantly recommend West Herr Lincoln to anyone looking for a new car.
I received and email from this dealership announcing Great News: they now have a shuttle service to take you home while you wait for a repair. So I call for an appointment for a warranty recall repair. I schedule the repair and arrive at the dealership at my assigned time. I am then informed that it is an hour and a half wait for a shuttle. Not really a convenient service.
Patrick Adalberts only wanted to sell vehicles that were on the internet to the local area people.
I called today to try and set an appointment for a inspection and check to see if I had a recall notice I missed. After being transferred around and put on hold I finally was told someone would help me, but then I got hung up on. One person even told me is what rush hour. Not sure exactly what that means. I hope someone listens to the call I was told was taped for quality assurance. Time to call another Ford dealer.

I purchased a 2016 xts in March I was told my interest rate was going to be a 10.0. But due to me having a thin file for credit on a Saturday when most of the paperwork signed. Come back Monday 2 days later, to be told my interest rate now 12.1 I was very upset had found a car I liked and everything 90% completed. We walked into westherr with every intention to lease. Salesperson came back with lease numbers of 380 a month with 0 down.. Seemed a bit hi, so we left. Did some research, then went to a smaller dealership. We got 265 a month with 500 down.. for the same lease terms (3 year 13.5k per year)! Bought a $16,000 car from this dealer. It didn't even last 3 years. When I brought it to them to be fixed because I have an extended warranty, they told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. It was constantly not starting, I was getting stranded in the middle of winter with young children. Brought it back and forth to them for 5 months. I was looking to lease again. Had the price and the payment from the Ford Website for the exact vehicle. Somehow the payment West Herr calculated was about $50 more a month, that they couldn't explain. All they would say was taxes and fees,no details. The sales manager acted like I stupid for saying it didn't add up. Finally I walked out. I later get a text from the salesperson saying they had miscalculated in the amount of about $30, and claimed the Ford Website price I had printed out was somehow wrong to account for tho other $20.
Leased a car in May and had a flat. Couldn't get a service appointment for a week. When I showed up they announced after waiting 50 minutes they didn't have the tire in stock but did in Hamburg. Was going to be at least 2 more hours. I asked why they didn't get the tire in stock since I was coming in and all I got was dumb looks. Left and went to Dunn Tire. Done in less than an hour. After the poor leasing experience I'm do e with West Herr.
I had a situation with my power steering with my 2011 Ford Escape, called West Herr and was seen the next day. Craig explained the details of the repairs. Later that day the check engine light came on and I called and was seen the next day. The repairs were done in an expeditious manner and once again Crag went over the invoice in regard to the repairs. West Herr was respectful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to others. Craig is an integral part of the West Herr.
Today I needed an emergency service appt ...power window wd not go up...snowing, and bitter cold....to say that the service dept was great is an understatement. They were amazing! So responsive..the waiting area is comfortable, the staff were polite, and I was driving home with my window up before I knew it! Thank you! This is a quality customer oriented dealership. When I bought my Fusion this summer I was impressed with the professionalism. It was hassle free and the salesman (Dave Gasz) was so helpful that it ended up being a stress free experience.
Got my car there but everytime I try to schedule service or even an oil change the appointments are never available - went to another Ford dealership for my service going forward.
Vehicle was NOT inspected prior to My Purchase. Failed prior to day fo pick up..had to wait.. After driving a few days and washing Vehicle.. The Vehicle had a Serious pull tp the Right.. and it appeared that the Vehicle was in a accident as there was a Crack in the front right bumper , and Scuff as well . I Don't like dealers in general, but this time I was treated well. I was not lied to and they gave me fair trade. They beat out Paddock my regular dealer by 4+ grand more for my trade. I am now a Ford guy. This dealer did not push me to buy extras and understood that I am not wealthy. My air conditioning unit was blowing hot air on my 2011 explorer. This was an issue on my 2008 explorer also however the problem was corrected the same day. On this visit I was placed on hold for 7min 48sec to make an appointment. Once someone got back on the line they asked why was I calling. What a wonderful experience I had at West Herr Ford in Getzville. Who knew I could still have a year left on the Fusion lease and end up driving home a beautiful Mustang while getting out of the lease? I didn't think it was possible but I thought I would check it out anyway.

I had a terrible experience at another local dealer. I was a little nervous about buying a car after that. West-Herr is professional, understanding, fun...(yes I said FUN!) My salesman was not pushy AT ALL!! But most of all....they listened to what I was saying...did not turn to my husband and talk around me. I will return to them for the next vehicle.

i went a few other ford dealerships and i could not get any sales person to help. i went to westherr ford amherst and talk to marty. marty took his time to make sure that i was happy with my 2008 ford f250. i would recommend westherr ford amherst and marty shackelford.
Scott Marcus did a great job. I am geting over 40mpg on my new Ford Fusion Hybrid. The service has been great. I am looking forard to doing busienss again with Scott at West Herr. The 2011 Frod Fiesta has been getting gfreat revies. I will test driving the first one that comes into the dealership. The reviews state the car can get up to 40m,pg on the highway.
