This was my first new car purchase so I was not sure what to expect. After my experience here if I ever need to buy a car again I will deffinitely come back to West Herr. The staff at West Herr went above and beyond to walk me through the process, get me a very fair price, and answer all of my questions in an honest and straightforward way. I feel bad that I don't remember everybody else's names as I want everyone to get credit for their help. I had a situation with my power steering with my 2011 Ford Escape, called West Herr and was seen the next day. Craig explained the details of the repairs. Later that day the check engine light came on and I called and was seen the next day. The repairs were done in an expeditious manner and once again Crag went over the invoice in regard to the repairs. West Herr was respectful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to others. Craig is an integral part of the West Herr.

Today I needed an emergency service appt ...power window wd not go up...snowing, and bitter cold....to say that the service dept was great is an understatement. They were amazing! So responsive..the waiting area is comfortable, the staff were polite, and I was driving home with my window up before I knew it! Thank you! This is a quality customer oriented dealership. When I bought my Fusion this summer I was impressed with the professionalism. It was hassle free and the salesman (Dave Gasz) was so helpful that it ended up being a stress free experience.

I Don't like dealers in general, but this time I was treated well. I was not lied to and they gave me fair trade. They beat out Paddock my regular dealer by 4+ grand more for my trade. I am now a Ford guy. This dealer did not push me to buy extras and understood that I am not wealthy. Richard Ball was pleasant to deal with and worked with me so I could leave with the deal I was looking for. This is the first completely satisfied review I have ever written. To make the deal happen they even raised my trade value more than what we agreed and left the bottom line stand. In other words, they took a hit to sell me my new ford E150. In about a year, I am going back to trade in my 2011 Aveo for a Ford. I would say if you're looking to buy, give West Herr a chance. They became a giant by making deals that you can take to a priest. I don't like greed. Dealers who steal trades to pad profits. This dealer put my needs before the bottom line. I hope to have a long buying relationship with them. I was not asked to write a review like PADDOCK, BASIL,FUCCILLO, HEINRICH, or KIPO would ask when they sell new to make themselves look good. West Herr has changed my attitude about dealers. I now believe in one honest fair dealer= WEST HERR... In addition they did not give us many credit hits. So they were concerned about our credit scores.... Thanks West Herr.

What a wonderful experience I had at West Herr Ford in Getzville. Who knew I could still have a year left on the Fusion lease and end up driving home a beautiful Mustang while getting out of the lease? I didn't think it was possible but I thought I would check it out anyway. I am a West Herr customer for life. From my ZX2, to the Escape then the Fusion and now the Mustang! Walking into West Herr as a 22 year-old girl, I was expected to be ignored, as I was at most dealerships. Immediately upon walking into West Herr Ford of Amherst, I was greeted by the General Manager, Ryan Garrigan. He set me up with Chuck Salzwimmer, who showed me the car I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of the questions that I had, no matter how specific they were. At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured or annoyed. I knew that buying my car was my choice to make, and when I was ready to buy, Chuck and Ryan were there to help me. I was dead-set on a black 2010 Mariner Premier, but none were available in this area. They found exactly the car I wanted hundreds of miles away, and sent someone to Michigan to get it for me. Chuck truly loves what he does, and is great at being non-evasive, but extremely helpful. I absolutely love my car, and experience at this dealership, and will continue to refer friends and family to both Chuck and West Herr.

I had a terrible experience at another local dealer. I was a little nervous about buying a car after that. West-Herr is professional, understanding, fun...(yes I said FUN!) i went a few other ford dealerships and i could not get any sales person to help. i went to westherr ford amherst and talk to marty. marty took his time to make sure that i was happy with my 2008 ford f250. i would recommend westherr ford amherst and marty shackelford.

Scott Marcus did a great job. I am geting over 40mpg on my new Ford Fusion Hybrid. The service has been great. I am looking forard to doing busienss again with Scott at West Herr.
